Just a few comments about the 2 * 6 Speed E-Bikes we bought from you.

Once you put me right about the charger socket underneath the battery handle, I started to assemble the 2 bikes.

What a pleasure, the quality is really superb, everything fitted together smoothly and without problem. The front wheel, mudguard, handle bars and seat slid into place the gears and brakes needed no adjustment. Both E-Bikes assembled and batteries fully charged both Julie and I eagerly set off on our 1st ride, me with a rucksack full of tools just in case, Julie with a bag of food and drinks. (I only needed the tools to adjust the height of the handlebars and seat on Julies bike.)

1st a couple of miles down the road without power... bikes were smooth and not noticeably heavier than an ordinary bike, and the gears were smooth. The next 5 miles in pedal assist mode flew past... so easy and not at all exhausting, we felt we could keep this up all day !!!

We decided to come home and use throttle power all the way, no peddling... Got home really relaxed and guess what, we both still had all three lights on display, i.e. plenty of battery power left.

Both Julie and I are well pleased and impressed with our new E-Bikes.

Thanks to you all for the help you have given to us, and for supplying us with the 2 E-Bikes at such a reasonable price. It's not often that you get a quality product at a bargain price. We are two very happy customers.
