Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection you will be asked for a complete a few details that we need to fulfil your order.
We accept Visa, Switch (UK Maestro), Delta, Solo, MasterCard, and Visa Electron.You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be contacted via email if there is any delay in dispatching your item. All items costs will be charged at time of order whether in stock or out of stock. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT at 15%. Orders that are received from outside the European Union are exempt from this tax and will be discounted by this amount.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
If you are unsure about entering your credit card details you can always phone us on 01202 490404 or send a cheque made payable to, Easy Ride Bikes making sure that all required items are clearly listed.
You are entitled to a seven day cancellation period after you have received the goods, providing that they are in an 'as new' re-saleable condition. You must complete the returns for available on the site.You will have to pay the return postage and any re-stocking charge up to a maximum of 20% of the total cost of the products. We will endeavour to keep a re-stocking charge to a minimum, but will be governed mainly by size and cost.
We will try to respond to all complaints within 3 working days.

All electric bikes come with a 6 month manufacturers warranty, the batteries have a 3 month warranty.
Manufacturers Recommendations
Avoid riding electric bikes in the rain and through puddles.
Avoid getting the electric bikes wet.
Run the battery flat before recharging, this will prolong your battery life.
